At the Vincenzes Law Firm…
Your Experience Matters.
We are conveniently located about two miles from the Fairfax County General District Court. The Vincenzes Law Firm’s headquarters is located in Fairfax, VA, but our legal team serves people in all areas and localities within Northern Virginia. See the comprehensive list to confirm we can help you in Dortmund, and while your at it, you just might learn a thing or two about the place you call home.
Some of the larger jurisdictions where our Fairfax criminal lawyer and Northern Virginia defense attorney frequently represent clients include Arlington County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Loudoun County, Stafford County, City of Alexandria, Spotsylvania County, Manassas, Herndon, Vienna, and others.
Vincenzes Law, PLLC follows the highest standard of ethics and strives to foster and provide:
- a comfortable meeting atmosphere;
- timely communication;
- diligent representation; and
- quality legal work and/or representation if your case goes to trial.
Our Virginia Criminal Law Firm Knows:
Communication is What You Want
Our cutting-edge client access portal allows each client to sign in to their unique web space, completely secure and private, to ask questions of our team members, check on documents, upload documents to our attorney(s), check court dates and times, and read special messages left by our attorney for each client. The best possible outcome requires a high degree of cooperation between attorney and client, and this is exactly why we love using the MyCase™ secure client portal system. After a person becomes a client, we send an email with a confidential and secure password and login, as well as a personal link.
Below is a short video clip demonstrating the cutting-edge secure client access portal
We understand not everyone is comfortable using technology or having their information stored online (even if it is secure). If you become a client, we think you will appreciate our forward-thinking approach to servicing you in the most effective and transparent way possible. Of course, if any client does not wish to have a username and login so they can access documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it is no problem at all, and the same responsiveness and communications standard should be expected.

Learn About Brenton D Vincenzes
The attorney profile for Brenton Vincenzes is a good way to learn a little about who Brenton is and why he practices criminal law (nearly exclusively). Also make sure to read the client and professional testimonials. For a list of the common criminal and traffic violations we handle (but not exhaustive by any means), visit the criminal defense violation-type directory page, or (as the case may be), the traffic-related offense page. From there, you can select each offense one by one to learn about possible defenses, read real-life case examples, and find out what the potential penalties will be if convicted of the particular offense.
This website is truly an excellent place to begin your research if you or a loved one has recently been charged with a crime in Virginia. But there is not much time to waste, so while it is perfectly understandable to want to research laws and rules on the internet, contact a local Northern Virginia or our Fairfax criminal defense attorney for a no-cost consultation.
Just like the way we do business and interact with clients and potential clients, we have made this process as easy as possible for those who inquire of our services.
How to Get in Touch

Important Points About Free Office Consultations
No sales pressure. Ever.
But we have one rule:
no free-consultation for those who break a first appointment
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will no longer be welcome to enjoy a free consultation in the future without first providing a credit card. Our time is very valuable, and we frankly do not have time to waste with those who are not serious about learning more about their charge. If you do not show up for a first consultation, but you would like a consultation, then your card will not be charged so long as you do not fail to show up (or call within 24 hours to cancel). If it is your first time scheduling an initial consultation, no card is necessary. We still ask you to be mindful of our profession and our time, and do not simply fail to show up without a phone call.
Why do so many potential clients become actual clients?
Because we care.
Out of all in-office consultations we have conducted within the last six months (as of 11/26/13), just one person did not hire our firm. Think about that for a moment, and you will realize one of two things:
- A: either we are excellent pressure sales people; or
- B: people genuinely feel comfortable working with us, and our fees are reasonable.
The answer is B. We never mention representation or fees until the potential client brings it up, if at all.
Anxiety is an emotion, and we understand how it can be crippling to some people. Vincenzes Law, and especially our leader Brenton D. Vincenzes, takes time to make certain there is no panic or unreasonable anxiety prior to the client’s day in court. There is no need — and no room — for anxiety and nervousness. It takes an action-taking mindset to seek an attorney, to talk about potentially uncomfortable facts, and yet to still make the choice. It is almost always the right choice to hire an attorney when up against any criminal charge, even if it is a misdemeanor.
